Credits
Purchased credits remain in your ClayVideo account for 3D clay reference video generation. The estimated credits required for each task are displayed before generation starts so you can confirm the usage before submitting.
ClayVideo policy
Credits and Refund Policy
How ClayVideo credits, failed processing and payment refunds are handled.
Failed processing
If processing fails before producing a usable result, credits reserved for the affected task are returned. If only part of a multi-branch task succeeds, only the successful portion is consumed and the unused portion is released.
Cancellations and retries
A cancellation returns credits for work that has not produced a valid result. A retry creates a new processing task and may require a new reservation. Do not submit repeated retries while a previous task is still running.
User-requested refunds
A result that is simply not preferred is not automatically refundable. Contact support with the Dodo Payments order ID and ClayVideo task ID for manual review. Refunds, chargebacks and tax treatment are ultimately handled under the payment provider's applicable rules.
Payment confirmation
Credits are added only after ClayVideo verifies the payment provider webhook. A browser return page alone does not grant credits. If payment is completed but credits are not visible, contact support rather than purchasing again.

Products and refund requests
The available one-time packs are 100 credits for $9.99, 230 credits for $19.90, and 720 credits for $59.90. Purchased credits are delivered to the signed-in ClayVideo account after Dodo Payments confirms payment. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase; unused credits are eligible for review, and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support@clayvideo.com with the Dodo Payments transaction ID and ClayVideo account email.
