ClayVideo policy
How ClayVideo credits, failed processing and payment refunds are handled.
The current Starter product provides 100 ClayVideo credits as a one-time purchase for 9.99 USD. 3D usage is calculated from input duration at 1 credit per second, rounded up to 8-second processing blocks, with a minimum of 8 credits per generation.
If processing fails before producing a usable result, credits reserved for the affected task are returned. If only part of a multi-branch task succeeds, only the successful portion is consumed and the unused portion is released.
A cancellation returns credits for work that has not produced a valid result. A retry creates a new processing task and may require a new reservation. Do not submit repeated retries while a previous task is still running.
A result that is simply not preferred is not automatically refundable. Contact support with the Creem order ID and ClayVideo task ID for manual review. Refunds, chargebacks and tax treatment are ultimately handled under the payment provider's applicable rules.
Credits are added only after ClayVideo verifies the payment provider webhook. A browser return page alone does not grant credits. If payment is completed but credits are not visible, contact support rather than purchasing again.
